These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) in addition to our General Terms & Conditions shall govern Your use of our website www.SlotsTemple.com (the “Website”) and Slots Temple Tournaments (the “Tournaments”, "Tournament" or "Slots Temple Tournaments"), a free slots tournament tool, which collates results from RNG-based slot games and assigns points to users of the product based on these results. By creating an account and participating in Slots Temple Tournaments, You hereby agree to this Agreement and any additional conditions and rules which may be issued by Slots Temple from time to time.

Creating an Account

1.1 Slots Temple Tournaments are available for access by users aged 18 years or over (21 or over in the USA). By signing up, You declare that You are over 18 or 21 (USA) years of age or of legal gambling age in the jurisdiction of Your residence and are, under the laws of your jurisdiction legally allowed to take part in the Slots Temple Tournaments.

1.2 You must provide accurate registration details as verification checks will be carried out. In the event of Prizes being offered (which may happen in the future in certain jurisdictions), if Your registration details do not match Your document verification details then We will not be able to offer You a Prize and will have no choice but to suspend your Account.

1.3 Slots Temple reserves the right to carry out verification checks to confirm the accuracy of the Account registration details You provide. If these checks are unable to verify Your age, We reserve the right to close Your Account and withhold any prizes owed to You.

1.4 When registering an account from Canada, you will be required to pass an Experian age verification check before You can play. You will be required to enter Your name, address and date of birth. These will be used to match against Experian's database to check if You are over 18. 

1.5 By creating an Account from Canada You agree to share Your data with Experian for the purpose of Age Verification as per our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1.6 Slots Temple reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Tournament at any time and without notice. Any cancellation or rescheduling of a Tournament will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Slots Temple.

1.7 You do not have to pay any entry fee to play in Slots Temple Tournaments and You do not have to make any kind of purchase in order to play in a Tournament.

1.8 You must not hold more than one Account. If You are found to have multiple Accounts, Slots Temple reserves the right to suspend or delete all Your accounts.

1.9 Upon launch of Slots Temple Tournaments there will be no prizes on offer. In the event that this changes, prizes will only be available in certain countries where We have received a legal opinion that We are allowed to offer prizes to users. Most countries will not eligible for prizes and will not be able to access Tournaments that have prizes. These territories will still be able to access our free to enter, no prize Tournaments.

1.10 While free play Tournaments with no prizes will initially be open to all territories Slots Temple reserves the right to ban Countries/Jurisdictions from Tournaments at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice or to withhold or cancel the award of any Prizes awarded for participation in the Tournament if Slots Temple finds that the End User is accessing the Website from one of the jurisdictions of any Banned Country.

Prizes

2.1 Prizes can sometimes be awarded to Slots Temple Tournaments participants. Prizes will never be awarded as cash they will always be awarded as Vouchers (Amazon Vouchers for example).

2.2  Prizes, prizes will only be available in countries where we have received a legal opinion that We are allowed to do this. Most countries will not eligible for prizes and will not be able to access tournaments that have prizes. Please refer back to this page regularly to see which countries will be eligible for prizes in the future.

2.3 Slots Temple will always carry out verification checks to confirm the accuracy of the Account registration details You provide. When these checks are unable to verify Your age We reserve the right to close Your Account and withhold any prizes owed to You.

2.4 If You are located in the following countries ("Banned Countries") You will not be able and are not permitted to participate in any prize based Tournaments offered on the Website: Washington state (USA), Nevada state (USA), France, Russia, Turkey, Australia, Poland, Isreal, Singapore, China, North Korea, Ukraine, India, Philippines, Indonesia and any other state or country as the Slots Temple may determine from time to time. Slots Temple reserves the right to amend this Banned Countries list at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice or to withhold or cancel the award of any Prizes awarded for participation in the Tournament if Slots Temple finds that the End User is accessing the Website from a country on this Banned list.

3.1 The Website is not endorsed by, or associated with, any of the Free game developers featured on the Website. Writing reviews of the games and writing reviews of games companies is not intended to imply that this website is:

- of the same quality as or is an extension of the featured companies goods or services

- endorsed or approved by any the featured companies or their games

- supplied by any of the featured companies or by affiliation with the companies or their games.

3.2 Slots Temple’s decision on Your ability to enter and play in the Tournaments is final and cannot be contested by You, other Tournament players or any other third party.

Data Protection / Privacy

4.1 By Your use of the Website or Slots Temple Tournaments You hereby consent to Slots Temple (and any of its data partners, such as Experian) processing Your personal data in accordance with all Applicable Laws and in accordance with Slots Temple's Privacy Policy.

4.2 By creating an Account and participating in a Tournament, You acknowledges and agree that Slots Temple Tournaments will publish Your screen name on the leaderboard and in any publicity material such as (but not limited to) emails, PR releases and online banners. 

4.3 You can stop Your personal data being processed and held by Slots Temple by requesting the closure of Your Account (within the My Account section), this will result in Slots Temple stopping the processing of Your personal data and deleting Your records from our database.

Account Closure

5.1 You hereby acknowledge and agree that Slots Temple reserves the right to close Your Account at any time and at its sole discretion.

5.2 Upon closure of Your Account, You will no longer have access to Your Account or any Tournaments offered on the Website. All Tournament entries and/or prizes will be cancelled immediately.

Intellectual property

6.1 All content contained (aside from free game demo contents and Tournament Games) on the Website, along with the infrastructure used to supply the content is the exclusive intellectual property of the site.

6.2 You agree that You will not distribute, modify, transmit, copy, reproduce, display, publish, licence, transfer, create derivative works from, sell or resell any information, products, services or software obtained through or from this site in any format unless You have written permission from us to do so.

Risk Assumption, Indemnity And Limitation Of Liability

8.2 In using this Website and Slots Temple Tournaments, You understand that the Website is not responsible for any damage caused to your computer system, including loss of data that might result from downloading files, software or any other content.

8.3 This includes content downloaded directly from the Website or Slots Temple Tournaments and through a related third party.

8.4 When using this Website and Slots TempleTournaments, You indemnify us from and against all costs, claims, expenses, demands, damages, liabilities or losses incurred by Your use of the information contained on this Website, or any part of the information found herein.

8.7 Slots Temple's liability arising under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or for breach of statutory duty or in any other way shall only be for direct damages and shall not exceed $25. In no event will We be liable to You as a result of any action or inaction of any third party.

8.8 The provisions of this Section determine the allocation of risks between the Parties, and the Parties agree and acknowledge that the rates and pricing determined hereunder, reflect such allocation of risks and the limitations of liability specified herein.

8.9 Slots Temple shall not be liable for any breach of these Terms directly or indirectly caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Slots Temple where Slots Temple is prevented from performing its obligations under this agreement and where such failure to perform does not relate to its fault or negligence (“Force Majeure Event“). If the Force Majeure Event prevents Slots Temple from materially complying with its obligations under this agreement and it continues for more than ten (10) days, You may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect by giving written notice.

8.10 Slots Temple Tournaments shall not be held liable for any risks related to the technology used on the Website or the Tournament product or in relation to the Account, including, but not limited to, the failure of hardware, software, and Internet connections, risk of malicious software introduction and any other risks that relate to third parties which may gain unauthorised access to the Website or the Tournament product. Slots Temple shall not be responsible for any loss of such information resulting from any technological failure powering the Website or the Tournament product.
