How to Play Battlefield 

If you’re used to first-person shoot-em-ups, the controls of Battlefield are going to seem quite alien at first. Follow our step-by-step guide and you’ll be spinning the reels like a seasoned pro within minutes.

1. Starting from the lower left of your screen, the information button takes you to the game’s paytable and information screens.
2. Next come the wagering controls. Set the amount of your payline stake using the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons. The x20 shows you that your payline bet will be spread across each of the 20 paylines, with your total bet displayed just to the right.
3. The lightning bolt button will put the game into Turbo mode for faster gameplay.
4. Press Autoplay for automatic hands-free spins at a constant wager, or press the Spin button for single, manual spins.
5. Other game settings, such as session history and game sounds, can be accessed from the menu at the top right corner of the gaming screen.

Battlefield Bonus Features & Free Spins 

The soldier Wild only appears on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5, so it doesn’t feature in the paytable. But that doesn’t mean the symbol has no value - far from it! Whenever a soldier Wild lands, it locks in place for between two and five spins, so it’s quite possible to have several Sticky Wilds on the reels at once. Altering your bet will remove all current Sticky Wilds from the reels, so think carefully before adjusting your wager.

The athletic-looking GI Jane is the game’s Scatter symbol. In addition to awarding cash payouts for landing three or more anywhere on the reels, this symbol also activates the Free Spins Bonus round. You’ll need at least three Scatters to generate the 10 Free Spins, which can’t be retriggered. 

During Free Spins, the Sticky Wild feature is no longer active, but a new Wild Modifier now comes into play. Every Wild comes with a random Multiplier worth up to 10x, which could generate some big cash payouts from the bonus round.

After playing Battlefield for a while, we’ve come to the conclusion that this is a Dreamtech online slot you’ll either love or you’ll hate.
