Book of Anubis is similar to the many games based on the successful ‘Book of Ra’. The visuals are competent but uninspiring, but there are some good prizes to be won, even though the theoretical payout rate of 95.45% is lower than most other “Book of” slots. It’s a simple version of the Egyptian theme and its range of extras is limited, but what’s on offer is reasonably attractive. The free spins round offers some good wins if you land a high-value symbol as the special expander. The high variance level means you can win up to 621 times your stake on every spin/free spin.

This slot makes as much as it can of its fruit machine origins. The gameplay is fairly standard and lacks any complex features, functions or extras. While the best online slots try to offer something special, some players enjoy the basic spin and win slots, and this may suit their tastes.
