Moley Moolah from Yggdrasil Gaming and Reflex Gaming isn’t usually the type of slot that we would recommend – it’s got a low RTP and outdated graphics. It really doesn’t seem to fit in with other new slot releases, and seems like a game that would have been great years ago. However, there are a couple of saving graces that make this game worth playing.

Firstly, the Wild Reels bonus is activated quite often. What we tend to see nowadays is slot games boasting random base game features that never appear, but Moley Moolah is different. You’ll get to take advantage of the Wild Reels feature regularly.

Then, there’s the unlockable sets of reels in the free spins round. This is such a popular bonus feature, we’re surprised that we don’t see it more often in new slot releases – so, it’s nice to see Yggdrasil and Reflex Gaming employing it. However, it would be nice if unlocking a set of reels gave you one extra free spin – but that’s just a small gripe.

Overall, Moley Moolah still provides a fun gaming experience, if you can get past the drawbacks. If you’re able to trigger the free spins round, then you’re certainly in for a good time as you simply can’t go wrong with unlockable sets of reels in an online slot game.
