The game takes place beneath the ocean's waves, with the reels hanging within a golden frame decorated by golden seahorses and dolphins. The Roman god of the sea, Neptune, stands proud with his trident as a wild stacked two symbols high, while the two scatter symbols are represented by a golden underwater palace and a closed clamshell. The higher-tier symbols include Neptune's trident, a group of dolphins, seahorses, a jellyfish, an oyster with a pearl and a conch shell. Various coloured corals represent the lower-tier symbols, which include from Ace down to Jack.

How to Play Neptune's Bounty

1. Once the game loads, you'll be taken straight to the reels. Before you start, familiarise yourself with the game, its rules and paytable by tapping the information icon. 
2. Use the menu button to access settings for the bet amount, autoplay and other options.
3. On the bet tab, you can set the coin size, number of bet lines and the number of coins bet per line to make up your total bet per spin. Alternatively, you can select the maximum bet amount for the selected coin size. The bet tab can also be accessed by tapping the bet amount underneath the reels.
4. To set up your autoplay, navigate to the autoplay tab via the menu button. Here you can set the number of automatic spins by selecting any of the pre-set amounts or by tapping the + and - buttons either side of the number of spins. There is no upper limit, and there are no loss limit settings, so keep an eye on your balance and be ready to stop autoplay before you need to. To stop Autoplay, touch the red stop button.
5. Go to the Options tab to adjust music, sound effects and display.

Bet Sizes & Paytable Wins 

Bet sizes can be adjusted for up to 15 paylines in Neptune's Bounty. Coin size ranges between 0.01 and 0.50 per line, with a maximum of 5 coins or 2.50 per line. For a maximum of 15 lines that's a maximum of 37.50 per spin. The highest-paying symbol on the paytable is Neptune's trident, which will yield 500x your bet for five of a kind.

Neptune's Bounty Bonus Features 

The Throne Room and the Kraken's Cavern

The Throne Room and the Kraken's Cavern are both Pick Me style bonus games. Land three of the Neptune's Bounty scatters to choose between one of these games. You can either choose the Throne Room, where Neptune invites you to pick three of eight clamshells for cash prizes, or choose the Kraken's cavern to select three or eight treasure chests nestling among the creature's tentacles. 

The prizes on offer are proportionate to the bet amount selected when the feature was won, which means that your winning potential on each game is equal. The Throne Room and Kraken's Cavern can only be triggered during the base game.

Free Spins

Three or more scatters will trigger the free spins round. The number of free spins depends on the number of scatters:

5x = 22 free spins
4x = 18 free spins
3x = 15 free spins

Free spins can be retriggered at any point during the free spins bonus game. 

Neptune's Bounty Review

Neptune's Bounty is one of the more basic style of Saucify slots available. While it's a pleasant game to play, there's nothing about it that really sets it apart from other slots. In its favour, the stacked wild presents more opportunities for wins and the number of free spins is generous, but the additional two feature games are really just the same game dressed up in two different themes. During our test run we were able to trigger the feature game twice but couldn't get the free spins. The artwork and animations are good, particularly the detail on the way the seahorses and corals move.
