Layout

As with most contemporary online slots, Ruffled Up is made up of five reels that have three rows each. These are laid out in the standard 5x3 configuration. There are ten levels of bet to choose from, as well as a variable coin value ranging from 0.1 to 20 with ten increments. Though there are no paylines to choose from, there are a stated fixed 243 ways to win. Again, as usual, a generous range of prizes will be awarded to lucky players who manage to find two, three, four or five adjacent matching symbols oriented from left to right in a valid position. There are a total of eight game symbols in total - six of which are just regular sorts which are useful for prize matches, whereas the remaining two are special types that award free spins, scatter and wild functionality.

Prize Table

The most valuable regular symbol is the fat blue bird, which awards potential top prizes of up to 750. Next up is the red bird with the very large beak, which offers possible maximum prizes of 500. Special Symbols

The first of the special symbols is the happy-looking chicken, which appears on reels one, two and three. Finding one of these on reels two or three will mean that it functions as a wild, so it can be used as a substitute for any other (regular) symbol as part of a winning combination in a valid configuration. Next up is the gloomy owl, seen here sensibly holding an umbrella. This is a scatter, which means that it awards prizes and bonuses for appearing on the reels in any configuration - that is to say, regardless of typical paylines or orientation.
