This is a beach themed slot that is supposed to take you to the glamorous world of Miami in the 90s. Sip a cocktail as you spin reels filled with traditional fruits, all cut in half to give their own sunrise effect. You may question what fruit has to do with Miami beaches and how they sit on a background of a yacht bobbing on a tropical-looking sea. We did as well. Maybe the designers were drinking cocktails too, or just felt like adding a fruit cocktail to their latest slot. 

Overall, the graphics are basic and the designers are definitely not going to get any prizes for innovation here. It does have a reasonably easy-to-play interface, however, meaning that even slot spinning newbies shouldn’t have trouble getting started.

There is a golden wild symbol in this slot that can substitute for any other icon in the game to help you to create wins. Hot Sunrise Review

Before starting to play this game, we read the maker’s description of the slot and eagerly awaited neon reels filled with cocktails, fast cars, speedos and bikini clad beach babes. The opening title page also gave this impression, with the pretty lady in her bikini welcoming us to the game. Sadly, when the reels loaded, we were disappointed and confused to see what at first glance looked like a reel filled with strange space-like symbols, but actually turned out to be fruit that had been cut in half. OK, we didn’t have our glasses on, but we still can’t clearly see where fruit fits into a beach-themed slot. 

Aside from the strange mixed theme, this is a fairly average, classic-style slot. It is quite basic but does have a few bonus features, although nothing that is likely to keep you entertained for very long at all. It’s hard to give you one real reason to choose this game over all of the others you could opt for, although you can always give it a go in free demo mode and decide for yourself.
