How to Play Lollipop

Lollipop is a bright and fun game that manages not to be too cluttered up with controls.

1. Your first decision is how many paylines to include with each spin. There are up to ten in total, but you can choose to play with just one or any number in between if you prefer. We’d advise against playing with anything other than the maximum number of active paylines, however. You’ll greatly limit your winning opportunities playing with fewer than ten paylines, so you won’t see a good return for your cash.

2. With the paylines in place, it’s time to decide on your wager. Set your coin value, then adjust the bet level from 1 to 5 to arrive at your total cost per spin.

3. Press the Spin button once to start your game. If you land a win, the Spin button lets you detonate the symbols, or they’ll detonate on their own after a couple of seconds. This triggers the Cascading Reels mechanic, with new symbols falling from above. Once no new wins appear, you can choose to Gamble your win or Collect your prize.

4. For hands-free gaming at a constant wager, select Autoplay. This will give you 5, 20, 50 or 100 automatic spins. The Gamble feature remains active during Autoplay, but you’ll need to hit the Gamble button fast if you want the chance to double up on a win.

Fans of sugary treats are going to love playing Lollipop, but for everyone else, it may just be too sickly sweet. The soundtrack quickly becomes annoying, and the basic graphics have the feel of a children’s early learning book about them. But it’s certainly a cheery game, with the potential to spin up some decent cash prizes. Just be wary of the lack of RTP and volatility information - how far your bankroll could take you should always be taken into account when planning a gaming session with your own money.
