Wyoming has traditionally been one of the more restrictive states when it comes to gambling law, but over time, it has gradually legalized various forms of betting.

Wyoming Online Gambling Laws
Online gambling in Wyoming is illegal. However, in April 2021, Bill HB133 for online sports wagering was passed to allow sports betting. The Wyoming Gaming Commission adopted the rules quickly for a launch in September 2021. DraftKings and BetMGM became the first sportsbooks to go live in Wyoming on day one, with Caesars and FanDuel opening in 2022.
With the bill having been passed, it means that as the tribal casinos have the right to offer Class III gaming, they would also receive the right to offer online sports betting, should they choose to do so. However, it may be a long time before a real money online casino Wyoming residents can enjoy becomes a reality.
