Our Verdict

Megaways Respin is an excellent example of tinkering with the traditional Megaways formula to make simple but effective changes. The optional respin of the reels can make what could be a dull and uninteresting play experience into something very special, and there is a satisfaction that comes with changing a poor result into the complete opposite.

This can be to the detriment of the player though, as it does appear to be simple enough to simply respin over and over - right up until a player has spent all their pot without noticing. The respin function more than makes up for the lack of cascading reels but some players may be put off due to their absence.
