They already have a pretty big reputation, however, and a portfolio of impressive high-definition free slots games that you can play online. Sky Way is a fine example of a Playson game with its crisp graphics, innovative theme and stirring music.

The Sky’s the Limit

Sky Way is based on classic aviation themes, with images harking back to the first half of the twentieth century. The backdrop to this five-reel, twenty-one-payline game is the open sky, seen as if from the cockpit of a plane, and the frame and controls are designed to mimic the controls of that plane. You can choose how many lines you want to play and how much you would like to bet per line - and you’re ready for take off!

Earning Your Wings

The lower-paying symbols in this game are the familiar playing-card symbols: Nine, Ten, Jack, Queen, King and Ace. If you get three or more of the symbols on a byline (adjacently from the furthest-left reel), then you’ll start to win some prizes. Three Nines or three Tens will multiply your line bet by five, and this amount increases as the number and value of the symbols increase. Five Aces or five Kings will earn you a rather spiffing 150 times your line bet.

Flying High

It’s the character symbols that can gain you the big prizes, though. The Globe and the Dial are both worth fifteen times your line bet for three and 75 times your line bet for four, and five Globes or five Dials will net you 250 times the amount you bet per line. Things are only just getting started, though. When the support crew turn up - the tough Mechanic and the elderly Inventor - the prizes increase dramatically. Five of these characters appearing on the reels will earn you 1000 times the amount you bet per line. Finally, we have the star of the show - the Pilot herself. Wearing a rather dashing flying helmet and goggles, she is worth ten times your line bet for only two appearances. Three Pilots are worth 100 times your line bet, four are worth 1,000 times your bet and five pilots will send your winnings sky-high - 9,000 times the amount you bet per line. She’s also Wild - she will substitute for any of the other symbols except the Zeppelin. The Zeppelin is the Scatter symbol. If two or more appear on the reels, regardless of the paylines, you will win a pretty decent prize. Instead of multiplying your line bet, the Zeppelin multiplies your Total Bet - so if you’ve been brave in your wagering, your courage is rewarded. Two Zeppelins will double your total bet, three will multiply it by five, four Zeppelins multiply your bet by twenty and five will multiply your total bet amount by 250. Three or more Zeppelins will also trigger the Free Spins Round - fifteen extra chances to win some dosh!
