Layout

This game - as with most currently in existence, including many on our site - comprises five reels with three rows each, laid out in a standard five x three configuration. There are 11 paylines, which are fixed and always in play; however, in an unusual twist, wins are calculated both from left to right and from right to left (payline wins are only calculated once). A whole range of prizes, both great and small, are up for grabs. These are awarded to fortunate players who manage to find instances of three, four and five of a kind matching symbols on an active payline. In total there are only eight symbols on the prize table. Of these eight, seven are standard types for regular symbol matches. The eighth is a rare special type that awards players with both wild and respin functionality. In a nice display of constancy and imagination in design, the prize symbols are all thematic additions. These consist of a number of furry critters with big eyes and smiles and a couple of inanimate objects that also have big eyes and smiles.

Prize table

The most valuable symbol on the table is the happy-looking star, followed by the happy-looking cloud, which awards prizes roughly half its size. Next up is the purple animal, which awards prizes half the size of the cloud. Way down at the other end of the prize table is the strange yellow creature with both bird- and dog-like features. This is the least valuable in the entire game and awards a range of appropriately small prizes.

Expanded wild and respin bonus

The bizarre horned grey animal is the wild, which appears on reels two and four and is the only special symbol in this game. This wild functions as a substitute for any of the other symbols as part of a winning combination on a payline and appears in an expanded form, which means that it covers every position on its reel. If an expanded wild is used as a substitute as part of a winning combination, the reel(s) it appears on will be held whilst the remaining reels are spun again. At the conclusion of this, any new winning combinations will be calculated. The reels will continue to respin until no more winning combinations are available, at which point the expanded wild bonus will cease and regular gameplay will resume from the proceeding spin.
