Look and Feel 300 Shields takes inspiration from the massively popular film ‘300’, itself based on the legend of the Battle of Thermopylae where just 300 Spartan warriors held off 150,000 Persian soldiers for a week until eventually holding one of the most famous last stands in history.
This legendary heroism and drama is well represented in 300 Shields, with fast-paced drum beats that ratchet up the tension as the reels spin. The reality of heroic deeds in battle is celebrated with the exciting symbol animations that accompany every winning spin. The symbols feature both the legendary warriors and the weapons they used.
How to Set Up and Play
Featuring 25 paylines across five reels, there is a multitude of different ways to land winning spins. The number of active lines can be set to just one, all 25 and anything in between, giving you greater control over the gaming experience. Bets per line vary from $0.01 to $0.20, giving you a potential maximum bet per spin of $5. Winning spins are created when matching symbols land along active lines from left to right.
Heroic Symbols
Racking up winning spins is made even easier thanks to the fact that many symbols are grouped in pairs as one-of-a-kind. This means that a line of five 9s or 10s in any combination will pay out 100x your bet per line, while any mixture of five Kings or Aces are worth 150x.
The more exciting symbols feature the weapons and warriors themselves. Arrows and swords are one of a kind, paying out up to 200x your bet per line. Battleships and archers are also grouped, and pay out for combinations of just two or more. Just two of either will pay out 2x your bet per line, which is a nice commiseration prize. Land a mixture of five to win 250x your bet per line!
Special Features
The warrior is wild, substituting for all of the symbols above to help you forge more winning combinations in battle. When two or more warrior wilds help to make a winning combination, they also multiply your winnings by 250x for four wilds, and a massive 1,000x if you land all five warriors on a line!
The shield is the scatter. When three or more shields appear anywhere on the reels, you’ll unlock the free spins feature, with up to five free spins on offer alongside generous multipliers for your winnings!
