Once known as Basil, Redwood Valley in California is just a few miles from the Utah border. Like much of this part of the state, it is dominated by its wineries. It’s also the location of the Coyote Valley Reservation and Redwood Valley Rancheria, both homes to branches of the Pomo people. It’s the Coyote Valley Band of Pomo Indians who offer you two different and local gambling options: a main casino and a smaller venue within a one stop shop.
