The cascading symbols are a major feature of this slot. Tom Horn calls this Shatter Mode, but it works the same as any cascading reels in that winning combinations disappear (shatter) to make room for new symbols - and the potential for more wins. This will only happen a maximum of four times, and each time the symbols shatter an attached multiplier grows. Shatter Mode ends when the multiplier reaches 4x or if no more winning combinations are formed.

This is a colourful slot with a few colourful features, starting with the Shatter Mode. We always like games with cascading reels, as it keeps the action rolling along even when the spins have stopped. In this game, the feature is also enhanced by the progressive multiplier, although we would have liked to have seen it go a little higher than 4x in order to really give the prize potential a lift. Fortunately, there are higher multipliers available in the free spins bonus, although this disappoints in the way that it can’t be retriggered. Do we want too much from a medium-volatility slot with an RTP of just 95 per cent? Probably, but then this game does invite you to shoot for the stars with its spacey theme.
