Reactoonz, from game makers Play n Go, doesn’t look like any other free slot game on our site. There are no traditional reels, instead you are met with a 7 x 7 grid which works just like a game of Tetris. The cute alien creatures stare back out at you whilst a space and science theme runs throughout.

The background is dark, like it is set in a faraway galaxy and metal and glass contraptions sit at either side of the reels. The slots title sits to the left of the grid and a multi-coloured circle spins behind it, looking just like a bright, black hole. A large alien takes up the space on the right-hand side, snoozing peacefully until a combination wakes him up. The reels are filled with brightly coloured aliens, some with one eye, who smile at you as the reels spin. You can just imagine these friendly creatures being marketed as a fun children’s toy.

Choose your bet

Below the reels sit the various playing options, with your total stake variations taking up the majority of the screen. Rather than all of the options being included in one bet button, you have five different totals spread along the bottom, with even more choice available when you use the arrows to move left and right.

Full of features

This slot doesn’t just look good, it has several features to back it up. The Gargantoon is the huge alien to the right and he will help you win by dropping up to eight wild symbols onto the grid. He can also appear directly on the grid in 3 x 3 size if the Quantum queue manages to reach him. As the winning symbols disappear, more will fall from the top of the screen which will allow the Gargantoon to move and divide into smaller symbols.

Quantum Leap is another feature which can trigger any one of the sought after Quantum feature symbols. The machine charges up after winning with 25 symbols and can offer the yellow implosion symbol which transforms other symbols into wilds, the red demolition symbol which will remove all one-eyed and matching symbols, the blue incision which creates diagonal wild lines on the grid, and the green alteration which will turn one-eyed and matching symbols into another symbol.
