We felt this strikes a reasonably effective balance between pure tradition and a slightly more knowing modern sense of fun. It’s still a very basic game, despite the free spins, but the play is smooth, the graphics attractive, the pay-outs decent and the whole thing worth passing some time with. We can’t decide if the bandit is silly or a bit creepy, but he’s quite fun. Not a game to get engrossed in, but perfectly entertaining.
