There is a small selection of amenities at the travel center and a bumper bag of added extras at its sister property just a few miles up the road. Casino Apache is not accessed by public transport and there is no shuttle service available. RV parking is offered.
Accommodations
There is no official Casino Apache Travel Center hotel but the owners of the casino recommend guests stay at the AAA Four Diamond Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino, which is also owned and run by the Mescalero Apache Tribe.
The Inn of the Mountain Gods is around 6 miles away and has its own Mescalero casino, along with live music, Topgolf Swing Suite, spa, golf course, and choice of restaurants. It also has its very own zip line soaring 7,000ft above Lake Mescalero.
Shopping
The Casino Apache has a convenience store stocked with everything from fresh coffee selections to snacks and essentials. There is also a gas station. Truck Stop This is a full-service truck stop and there are shower and laundry facilities for commercial truck drivers to use.
Dining
The Casino Apache is home to the Red Hat Grille, which offers a good selection of hearty favorites, including Apache tacos, hot roast beef, and Southwest Philly.
The restaurant is dedicated to the Mescalero Red Hats who became the Southwest’s first Mescalero Apache firefighters in 1948. The interior of the eatery lets you find out more about these fire warriors as you refuel for your journey or your next foray onto the gaming floor.

Overall Review
The Apache Casino offers hundreds of slot machines and video poker. There may also be table games available, but this hangs in the balance. There is an on-site convenience store, restaurant and gas station and its sister casino resort, the Inn of the Mountain Gods, is just 6 miles away.
