Casinos in Pawnee, Oklahoma
The historic lands of the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma were in Kansas and Nebraska; however, when the tribe was forcibly relocated to what was then Indian Territory, it gave its name to the town that is now its headquarters and has since opened two casinos. While you are in town, you can check out the museums and cultural events such as the annual rodeo. Cartoonist Chester Gould was born here, so there are lots of Dick Tracy tributes.
