4 Fowl Play Slot Graphics & Theme

It may not come as a massive surprise, but 4 Fowl Play centres around the life of chickens on an idyllic farm. The background sets the scene with a beautiful blue sky overlooking a dense forest made up of tall trees in the distance. Follow the luscious green grass and you will be taken to the reels which are set up in a 3 x 5 set.

There is plenty going on on-screen, with all of your main player options sitting in a neat row below the main reel, whilst options such as sound and more information have been placed to the left side. The reel is overall quite small, which gives you more chance to look into the background and be drawn in by the vivid imagery.

On the reels, you will see animals that live on a farm, in particular, the chicken. This appears in three variations, with a bright yellow baby chick, a white smiling chicken, and a smirking brown chicken, or hen, who actually looks a little mean. This may be due to the appearance of a dastardly fox who also pops up on the reels from time to time. There are also bags of money, a golden egg, ears of corn, a bale of hay and a couple of traditional slot symbols such as the bar symbol and lucky 7.

The main difference between this slot and others on the market revolves around the three additional sets of reels which appear smaller above the main reels. These are hands 2, 3 and 4 and will immediately appear to be behind cages. When you change hands and decide to play with more, they will break free from their cages and come into play.

How to play 4 Fowl Play Slots

As we mentioned earlier, the main playing options are all neatly tucked underneath the reels to make it simple to know where to begin. Right in the middle is the blue spin button, however, you should look at the other options before diving straight in. On the right are two other options, the first being bet.

This is where you decide how much you would like to place at stake. You can start as low as 0.25 and go up to 4.00 which, when playing with one hand, will be your total bet. However, when you increase the hands to open up the other reel sets, your total can go up to a maximum of 16.00 total per spin. It’s a great way to allow players to personalize their game and offers more than simply changing your total bet on its own.

When you have selected your bet, you may want to look at the autoplay option. This will allow the reels to spin on their own without you having to keep pressing spin. This can be set as a minimum of 5 up to 500 autoplays, allowing you to really take in what happens as the reels spin.

On the far left are a couple of other handy options. The first is the sound which you may want to use after hearing the squawk of a chicken continuously throughout the game. The other option, which sits in the top left corner, is where all of your game information is. This includes how to play, the game features and the paytable so you know how much you could potentially win.

How To Win at 4 Fowl Play Slot

When you are confident that you have your bet and hand selections set to how you want them, you can press spin to let the game begin. The aim is to match symbols on the reels, with each symbol offering a different prize value which is dependent on your total bet per hand.

There are three lowest paying symbols on the reels, being the ear of corn, smirking chicken and bar symbol. These will pay out a minimum of 50, 100 and 500 for 3, 4 or 5 of a kind, or a maximum of 400, 800 and 4000 depending on how much you have bet per hand. The bag of money and yellow chick are next up the payscale, with between 50, 100 and 1000, and 400, 800 and 8000 on offer based on your stake.

If you match 3, 4 or 5 of the hay bale or lucky red 7 symbol, you will land a win of 100, 250 or 1250 for a bet of 0.25 per hand, or 800, 2000 or 10,000 if you have bet 4.00 per hand. The sneaky wolf and golden egg are the slot's top payers with between 500, 2000 and 2500 and 5000, 20,000 and 50,000 on offer for 3, 4 and 5 matches, all dependent on your bet per hand total. As you can see, the more that you bet, the larger your total payout will be and so it is worth bearing that in mind when choosing your stake.

4 Fowl Play Bonus Features & Free Spins

Whilst it may not quite be a bonus feature, this slot uses a double spin method of play. This means that you will pay to spin the reels, yet if you don't land a win of 5 matching symbols, the reels will spin again free of charge to help increase your potential prize. Before the second spin, you will get the chance to hold some of the reels which will cause those symbols to stay in place as the others spin. The game will automatically choose which reels to hold based on the potential to win using them, although you can change this if you wish.

There are two main bonus features in this slot, the first being the popular wild. This symbol is represented by the dastardly fox who is seen licking his lips as he eyes up the chickens. However, for the player, finding a fox on the reels will work in your favour. This is because he will substitute for all other symbols on the reels, minus the Bonus Game symbol, to help you create more winning combinations.

The next special symbol is the white smiling chicken. This is the Bonus Game symbol which will trigger the feature when you land 3, 4 or 5 of them on the reels. The bonus game is split into rounds determined by the number of chickens you found initially.

With each round, you will be prompted to click on one of the chickens sat on the fence which will cause them to lay an egg. This can be a white, silver, gold or diamond egg with the latter giving you a big win. Keep going until all of the chickens have laid an egg and your total prize will be put together and added to your balance.

4 Fowl Play Tips, Tricks, Cheats and Strategy

Many slot players hope to come across a cheat which will help them to win big bucks when playing. Unfortunately, this is not an option, thanks to the random number generator (RNG) that these slots use. This helps to keep games fair and ensures that no one can cheat their way to a jackpot win.

However, there are some tips can you can follow to help increase your chances of winning, even if it is just by a little. The main one relates to playing the slot demo before parting with any real money. It may seem pointless at first when you are intending to play the game for real anyway, however, the demo version can give you insights into how the slot works. You can then become familiar with the gameplay and slot features, so you know exactly how to play.

You should also make sure to use the limit and reminder options when playing for real, particularly the time and deposit limits. It can be very easy to lose track of time when playing so setting limits and reminders allows you to take a step back and decide whether it is a good idea to keep playing.
