Parthenon is the second game in NetEnt’s Quest for Immortality series, several years after the release of Pyramid: Quest for Immortality. Both games have quite a unique perspective on mythology themed slots, focusing on the architecture that we tend to associate with the gods of different cultures.
In Parthenon: Quest for Immortality, the design focuses on the legendary temple on the Athenian Acropolis, which was dedicated to Athens’ patron, the goddess Athena. The game looks beautiful with a sunlit colour scheme and statures of Greek gods standing on either side of the reels.

Overall Review
When Pyramid: Quest for Immortality was released in 2015, it was a pretty ground-breaking slot with an unusual layout and pretty novel features like transforming symbols. Parthenon is a great sequel, as it improves on the original in some very impressive ways.

Firstly, there are 10,000 ways to win which makes Parthernon: Quest for Immortality more like a Megaways slot than your average All Pays game. This many winning ways paired with medium variance gameplay makes for an entertaining experience with frequent payouts.
Fantastic Features
Another aspect of the slot that we enjoy is the increasing multiplier in the free spins round – especially since Pyramid: Quest for Immortality didn’t even have a bonus game. It’s just a bummer than the multiplier maxes out at x20, but it makes sense for a medium volatility slot.
We’re happy to see the return of the Wild Zone – 6 years after it was first introduced in the first Quest for Immortality slot. It’s not a feature that we see all that often in online slots and it really creates a fun experience with wins leading to wilds being dropped onto the reels.
