Introduction

Vacation Station Deluxe is played on an unusual 3x3 gameboard with up to eight winning lines. These lines run horizontally, vertically and diagonally. In common with most three-reel slots, all wins are awarded for matching three icons on the reels and there are no reduced wins available for matching two symbols.

The only exception to this is the scatter symbol, which pays out if four or more appear in any location on the reels. Landing nine scatter suitcases provides you with a payout of 1,000x the total bet.

Theme, graphics & soundtrack

Based in an airport departure lounge, Vacation Station Deluxe's entire screen matches the holiday theme. The symbols have been designed in a bright and colourful fashion, making them easy to differentiate from one another.

Whilst this title is colourful and the animations are smooth, the graphics are decidedly old-fashioned. The images are not rendered smoothly and the background depiction of the airport is rather uninspired. 

The in-game sounds are limited to when the reels come to rest.

How to play Vacation Station Deluxe

Vacation Station Deluxe has very simple gameplay that will appeal to those who wish to play something more traditional than many of the online slots available today. The lack of bonus features within the game will limit the appeal for many gamers, whilst the rather uninspiring visuals and sounds will put others off. 

To its credit, Vacation Station Deluxe has a wide and flexible range of betting options.

Unfortunately, it seems that the only deluxe thing about Vacation Station Deluxe is its name.
