Stairway to Heaven is a five-reel, 20-fixed-payline video slots game from Live 5. While the name suggests a rock-anthem style of game full of guitars and thunderbolts, it actually refer...s to the game’s escalating wins mechanism - but more on that later. Led Zeppelin fans looking for a tribute game should look elsewhere, but if you have any staying power, you will hear the devil play a few riffs for you. The prizes and bonuses in this game are truly heavenly, so let’s hope you've been a good boy or girl and the pearly gates will open for you.

Good Beginnings
Live 5's Stairway to Heaven starts off like any other with all the usual playing card faces, a BAR, wilds and scatters. The game's symbols are the cupid, the angel, and the 7th Heaven symbol. Make combinations of three, four or five of any of these to see your winnings mount up. So far, so normal. But now you’re going to notice the levels or the stairway to the left-hand side of the screen. The first thing worth mentioning here is the RTP.
The game has four bet levels, and the higher your bet, the higher the RTP rate is going to be. Above these are the levels or Super Spins. These bring all kinds of bonuses your way, but you can only reach the higher levels by betting the highest per-spin amount. So this is a game really designed for high-rollers.
What About Those Keys?
Sharp players will soon notice that keys often pop up in the corner of a symbol along with the tinkling of tiny bells. But then the reels spin and nothing happens. These keys work in conjunction with special symbols which will only land in reel 5. So if you see a key on reels 1-4, look to reel 5 to see if you're going to get into a bonus or level up if your on max bet.

The Bonuses
The Devil’s Wheel scatter only needs to be found once in conjunction with a key to send you into a wicked bonus game. A tune resembling AC/DC's Highway to Hell starts up, and you’re playing wheel of fortune with the devil himself for 2x or 4x multipliers or a level up in the game. The second devil bonus game is Devil of a Deal. Here you get 16 boxes to choose from, and you can keep choosing until you lose or come out.
Wickedly Good
In short, while this game is not tribute game to Led Zeppelin, it’s pretty rocking. There are also a few cheeky reminders woven in that the game designers know that they are playing with your expectations. The font used could be from the front of an LP sleeve, and the guitar riff that starts up during the bonuses is rocking. But the game rocks for other reasons too. The escalating RTP is very attractive and fits in nicely with the stairway theme. The wins are also regular enough to keep you spinning, which is also the case with our other slots titles.
