The Immortal Captain Rizk is a fun slot in and of itself but, when you compare it to the original Immortal Romance slot, the cracks start to show. Firstly, this slot isn’t as detailed as Immortal Romance, which features an interesting story about each of the characters. You really felt like you were immersed in the narrative and each of the characters’ bonus features were related to the story in some way. Here, things just seem a bit more generic.
There’s also the fact that the bonus features are exactly the same as in Immortal Romance. It would be nice if there was at least something a little bit different. Microgaming should have switched up the free spins features to give players a something new.
Still, you can’t dent that Immortal Romance is a great slot – so, we’re not mad that Microgaming has basically recreated the game for Captain Rizk. So, if you’re a fan of the original, then you’ll really like seeing its features in a new setting.
