Theme, Graphics & Soundtrack

How to Play Valley of Dreams

1. On the bottom left side of the screen there is a menu icon which opens an option to view the Paytable, Rules and Settings. You can also adjust the sound and access the Turbo and Fullscreen modes.

Wild Lotus

This game’s Wild Symbol is a lotus flower which will appear on reels 2, 3 and 4 only and will substitute for any other symbol apart from the Scatter.

Scatter Lanterns

The red lantern is this game’s Scatter Symbol, and if you get three or more on the reels during the main gameplay, it will award you some free spins, as follows:

Symbol Remove Bar

Every time you create a winning combination using the lower-paying symbols, the symbol is removed from the reels completely. Win Multipliers

One section of the win multiplier will illuminate for each drop. Once you have reached five drops, this equals a x2 multiplier. Once there are no further winning combinations on the reels, all of the illuminated sections fade and the multiplier is reset.

If you’re in the Free Spins Round, the multiplier will continue to increase until the end of this round. Once it’s over, it will fade and become inactive.

Our Verdict

This Asian inspired slot plays very little on the theme, bar some of the symbols and a pavilion in the game background.

It’s easy to forget that this game is rated as high volatility, as the graphics and soundtrack are so soothing. And the presence of so many features, including the Symbol Remove feature, may lead you to believe that it’s more generous than it is in reality.

Just remember to be a cynic - remember how low most of those winning combos really are and that the max theoretical win is just that: technically possible but by no means likely. If you do hit a big win, that might be the right time to make your exit.
