At Slots Temple, we love BetSoft online slots. They always present players with a unique online gambling experience and they are great eye candy.

The company’s latest release is called More Gold Diggin’, which offers players fun gameplay and great graphics but the bonus games leave something to be desired.

Graphics and Music

Like most BetSoft online slots, More Gold Diggin’ slots features 3D characters. Miners Cletus and Jebb stand alongside the reels. They celebrate whenever you hit a winning combination and brace for explosions whenever you trigger bonus features. A mischievous gopher also makes his way across the screen, popping up randomly to torment the miners.

The music is also great because it doesn’t sound like a typical online slots game. The sound effects include explosions and digging sounds rather than the typical bells and ringing that are played when you earn wins in most online slots. This helps the player feel more immersed in the gameplay and less like they are gambling.

Cascading Wins

You will notice that the reels don’t spin on this online slots game. In More Gold Diggin’ slots, the symbols fall from the top of the screen. When a winning combination occurs, the symbols explode and more symbols fall into their places.

This means that players can trigger multiple wins in a row. If more symbols fall into place and create another winning combination, then the player receives a 2x multiplier. This continues on subsequent cascading wins until a 5x multiplier is reached. It is a great feature that keeps players coming back for more.

Bonus Games

Players can trigger a free spins round when three TNT barrels appear on the reels. During this round, the multipliers are increased so that players can receive up to 15x on cascading free spins wins. There is also a Double Up Game, which can be triggered after each winning spin.

Aside from this, there isn’t much else available in terms of bonus games and prizes. As such, we’re a big disappointed.

There is plenty of potential for unique bonus games, such as pick-a-prize rounds. We could also see a digging bonus round in this game, in which the player earns bonus prizes for digging up different types of ores – but, alas – there just isn’t much to choose from.

Overall, we were still pleased with More Gold Diggin’ slots. It’s a great game for fans of classic slots who want a bit of a twist. But, if you’re expecting something like Good Girl Bad Girl or SugarPop!, this may not be your best bet.
