Money Plane 2

Review, Demo Play, Payout, Free Spins & Bonuses

Money Plane is a crash game from Relax Gaming, set in the world of its Money Train slot series. Rather than reels, a plane climbs through the sky collecting values and multipliers while... dodging bombs, and it pays out only if it lands on a train instead of crashing. There are five selectable levels, each themed after a Money Train game and each with its own volatility and top prize, running from 250x up to 10,000x. It carries a high RTP of 97.00%, and unlike most crash games there is no cash-out button, so each round plays out on its own.

Money Plane Crash Game Overview

Money Plane from Relax Gaming is the studio's first crash game, built as a tour through the Money Train universe, its post-apocalyptic Wild West world, rather than a standalone title. It drops reels and paylines entirely. Instead, a plane flies across the screen, and as it hits number and multiplier icons its collected value climbs, while bombs cut it in half.

The round pays only if the plane lands on a train, and nothing if it crashes. There are five levels to choose from, each themed after a game in the Money Train series and each with its own volatility and max win, from 250x up to 10,000x. The four power-ups are the series' own Collector, Payer, Sniper and Necromancer characters.

At Slots Temple, under our Best Slots Odds Guaranteed commitment, we publish Money Plane at the highest available RTP of 97.00%.

How to Play Money Plane

  1. Choose one of the five levels. Each has its own volatility and max win.
  2. Set your bet size. The minimum is 10p, and the maximum depends on the level.
  3. Press spin to send the plane into the air.
  4. Watch the flight play out. The plane collects values and multipliers, and pays out if it lands on a train.
  5. Set deposit limits, use the timeout option or reach for self-exclusion tools if you need a break, and stop when the fun stops.

RTP & Volatility

Metric Value
RTP 97.00% (all five levels)
Hit Frequency 33.00%
Max Win Up to 10,000x (varies by level)
Min Bet 10p

Money Plane runs at a 97.00% RTP across all five levels, which is high and the same whichever one you pick. What changes between the levels is the volatility and the top prize, rated from a low 2 out of 10 on level 1 up to 6 out of 10 on level 5.

The base hit frequency is 33%, so the plane lands on a train and pays out on roughly one round in three, though on the higher levels more of those returns will be small relative to the bigger prizes on offer.

How Money Plane Works

Money Plane has no reels, paylines or spins in the usual sense. Each round, the plane takes off at a 1x multiplier and climbs across the screen, and what it hits on the way decides the result. Number icons add their value, from 1x to 10x the bet, to the running total, while multiplier icons, which start with an X, multiply the running total by 2x to 10x.

Bombs cut the current multiplier in half. If the plane lands on a train, the collected value is paid out. If it crashes into the ground first, the round is over and the bet is lost. Unlike most crash games there is no cash-out button, so once a round starts it plays out on its own without you needing to time an exit.

The Five Levels

Choosing a level is the first thing you do, and you can switch between rounds. Each level keeps the same 97.00% RTP but changes the volatility, the top prize and the setting, taking you through the Money Train series one game at a time.

Level Volatility Max win Money Train setting
Level 1 2/10 250x Wild West, from the original Money Train
Level 2 2/10 500x Steampunk, from Money Train 2
Level 3 4/10 1,000x Futuristic, from Money Train 3
Level 4 5/10 5,000x Off-world, from Money Train 4
Level 5 6/10 10,000x Mining, a glimpse of Money Train 5

The higher the level, the higher the ceiling but the harder it is to reach, with level 5 the most all-or-nothing of the five.

Features

Beyond the basic climb, Money Plane has a set of power-ups drawn straight from the Money Train cast, plus a collection feature that unlocks cosmetic plane upgrades.

Power Ups And The Charger

The four power-ups are the Money Train series' own characters, and each does something to the icons on screen. The Collector collects one value or multiplier closest to the plane, the Payer increases one, the Sniper doubles one, and the Necromancer turns a rocket into a value or multiplier.

They do not act straight away. A charger fills as the plane hits objects, going up by one each time, and once it reaches four it activates any collected power-ups in a set order: Necromancer, then Payer, then Sniper, then Collector. The charger then resets and starts filling again.

Frequent Flyer

Frequent Flyer is a long-run collection feature. As you play, the game counts the objects you hit, the number icons, multiplier icons and power-ups, across five stages of 1,000 up to 5,000 objects.

Reaching a stage unlocks a Golden Edition of a plane. These are cosmetic only, and the game is clear that a plane's design has no effect on events or payouts.

Money Plane Crash Game Summary

Money Plane is Relax Gaming stepping outside its comfort zone, taking the crash format and building it around the Money Train series rather than a plain rising line. The 97.00% RTP is high and holds across all five levels, with the volatility and the top prize the only things that change between them, from a gentle 250x on level 1 to an all-or-nothing 10,000x on level 5.

Removing the cash-out button is the biggest departure from games like Aviator, since the round plays out on its own with no exit to time. The Money Train references, in the level settings and the power-up characters, are what tie it to the series it comes from.

Money Plane also stands apart from the other big crash games. Aviator from Spribe, Spaceman from Pragmatic Play and JetX from SmartSoft all run the same way, a single multiplier climbing until you cash out before it crashes, so they turn on timing your exit.

Money Plane has no cash-out button to judge, and it fills the screen with values, multipliers, bombs and power-ups rather than one rising line. Its 97.00% RTP matches Aviator and JetX and edges Spaceman's 96.50%, while its 10,000x top sits in the same range as Aviator, above Spaceman's 5,000x and below the 25,000x of JetX.
