The Climbing the Tower feature can be triggered on any random spin within the game. Every unsuccessful spin in the game allows you to climb the tower one space. It also increases your win multiplier by one, which is displayed by the cupid to the left of the screen. This multiplier continues to increase until a winning combination is made. That multiplier will then be applied to the win. Once the win has been made the multiplier goes back to one. 

Crimson Flag Wild 

The wild symbol in this slot is represented by the crimson flag. It can substitute in for any other symbols adjacent to it when it forms a part of winning combo. The wild only appears on the second reel.
