The background is static, though, and could do with some movement. As there’s no option to put this on full screen mode, this game feels a little claustrophobic. The graphics are great, though, and it’s a visually stunning, character-filled game that makes fun of itself as the reels spin.

The sounds and music to this game are well thought through and can be enjoyed for longer gaming sessions without rushing to the mute button.
 
More interaction with Pat would’ve been great for this slot, as there are definitely a few laugh-out-loud moments this game creates for the player!

Overall Review

Pat O’Cake is hilarious and worth a play to see what he comes out and says (especially upon losing), but the game could’ve done with more of our jovial Irish chef. More quotes and phrases from him and maybe as you won would have made this slot even more amusing.

This game looks and feels amazing to play, but there’s no user control over how it is played, and that can make the player feel like the game is on auto mode with not much interaction needed.

If the buns were animated and interacted with Pat more, this game would be perfect. Its scratch card reveal element adds to the suspense of the game and the maximum payout is gigantic, so this makes up for any lack of flexibility to the slot.
