If you enjoy a little anime action, you may like the look of the Golden Island slot. It seems like you could join the male and female pirate on an exciting adventure to a mysterious island filled with gold, but whether you will actually enjoy the experience is another matter. You may like the anime vibe but you might also be confused by the setting and design. Even the game’s controls seem a little confused, and we were disappointed by the amount of information available. 

The slot was also really difficult to navigate. This may have been a glitch when we tried to play; however, we could only get the paytable to show the highest-paying theme symbols while the playing card icons were lost on the screen. 

Overall, this is not a great-looking game, with its basic graphics and confused theme, and the gameplay doesn’t do anything to detract from this fact. If you enjoy anime or like a pirate-themed slot, there are undoubtedly better choices out there; however, the RTP is higher than average and many players will like the medium variance on offer. If you give it a try, be aware that you are unlikely to find an entertaining treasure when playing this slot.
