WMS is touting its new title as the ‘first-ever’ Elvis slot from WMS. While this certainly seems like a huge deal, it’s not really. Maybe it is for WMS – but, not for the industry at large. That being said, WMS has done a great job with the theme of its Elvis the King Lives slots game. The look, feel and sound of the game evoke the authentic feel of 1960s rock n’ roll – with animated clips of The King himself and a soundtrack featuring Elvis classics.
The Look
The new Elvis the King Lives online slots title features a unique appearance, as it has been made to look like a juke box. Rather than feature the game controls along the bottom, they sit on the side of the screen in a juke box cabinet.
The symbols feature all types of Elvis-related memorabilia, including teddy bears, records, blue suede shoes and guitars. There are also plenty of symbols that feature Elvis in various classic poses; obviously, these are the highest-paying symbols.
The Gameplay
At first glance, Elvis the King Lives looks like any other online slots game – but the overall gaming format is quite different. The first two reels are split horizontally and spin independently– so, you essentially get two different sets of reels.
The top half of the first two reels plus the entirety of the remaining three reels offer up 20 winning combinations - while the bottom half of the first two reels and the entirety remaining three reels offers up an additional 20 winning combinations.
The Bonuses
When the bonus symbol is triggered, the player is taken to the inside of the juke box. Each bonus corresponds to a different Elvis hit, and the player can earn free spins or a cash prize.

Our Thoughts
We’re actually quite fond of how deceptively simple this new game is. Elvis the King Lives online slots looks like a relatively basic title, but WMS has done a great job of cramming in plenty of interesting gameplay features that will impress hardcore slots fans.
