Review of New Real-Money Tetris Burst from GSN Games

Double Up – doubles the points you earn over a 10-second period.

Juice Wave – Unleashes a wave of juice that clears the bottom four lines of the Matrix.

These power-ups can only be used in certain versions of Tetris Burst. So, if you’d like to have access to power-ups, you’ll have to be selective of the tournaments in which you participate. Keep in mind that everyone’s scores will be higher due to the power-ups, so use them wisely.

But, how to I play for cash?

Tetris Burst is not played with regular cash prizes – as in, you won’t earn money simply by clearing lines. That would be too easy! To earn money while playing Tetris Burst, you have to compete in tournaments. In ‘sit n go’ style tournaments, players compete against up to 4 other players with small grand prizes worth up to $7. There are also large weekly tournaments with top prizes that exceed $5000!

So, it is certainly worth practicing in order to compete with some of the best players on GSN.
