Anotherland is a wonderful fantasy slot with characters we can’t help but feel belong in a novel that we’d love to read, as there’s clearly a lot of story here! The designers seem to have attempted to blend cartoonish and realistic ways of drawing for the slot, which works but we think the slot would look better had they stuck with just one. The graphics do look a little outdated, which is a shame, although the theme is consistent throughout the slot with symbols that match the magical fantasy land and sound effects that enhance the story.

How to Play Anotherland

Whenever we’re faced with a new online slot, we always like to take some time to learn how to play the game on a basic level. Here’s how to set up the game:

1. Start by clicking the three lines in the bottom left corner of the screen to pull up the game details. You’ll start by being faced with the betting screen but can navigate between the other pages by using the icons either side of the screen. We recommend starting with the ‘i' symbol to find the paytable, paylines and bonus feature rules for the game.

2. Next, choose the number of active paylines you want to have in play. You can use the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons by the Lines slider to the left of the control panel to choose 10 or 20 paylines.

Conclusion

Overall, we really liked Anotherland and would love to know more about the back story of the characters and realm the game introduced us to. We did think the graphics could have done with a bit more work to make the game feel less outdated, but it was still an enjoyable experience. There are some decent rewards up for grabs in this slot, with top prizes up to 100,000 making this a really attractive game, and we always like a retriggerable free spins bonus round.
