Theme, Graphics & Soundtrack

The graphics in Desert Drag leave a little to be desired. The quality of the 3D rendering makes the title look somewhat reminiscent of an early PS3 game. Whilst this is beyond the graphical capability of many slots, the complex rendering involved in the animations leads the game to run a little slowly on browsers.

The inclusion of a scantily clad flag girl seems somewhat disappointing. It also appears to be a common trait amongst Booming Games, who feel only too happy to objectify women in their titles.

How to Play Desert Drag

1. The paytable is found by clicking the icon in the top left of the reels. This provides information about how much is won when matching symbols appear following a spin.

Desert Drag Bonus Features

The wild symbol is a car featuring flame decorations, and substitutes for all in-game symbols.

Desert Drag has Perma 2-Way Pay, which ensures that all active paylines pay from left to right as well as right to left. In situations where wild symbols may mean that more than one valid combination may appear on a single payline, only the highest win in either direction will be paid. Similarly, if you land 5 of a kind on a payline, it will only pay out once.

The scatter symbol must appear on subsequent reels, from right to left or left to right in order to pay. The scatter pattern must begin on the outermost reel whichever way it is counted from. Scatter symbols do not need to follow payline patterns and will pay out up to 900x the line bet.

Wild symbols substitute for all in-game symbols, including the scatter symbol. All wins achieved by wild symbols are doubled. If more than one wild symbol is involved in the creation of a win on a payline, the win is only doubled once.

This title has no real features of which to speak, barring the wild multiplier and two way payouts. The graphics, particularly the objectification of women, are disappointing, especially in such a modern game.
