The backdrop of the alley itself is brightly coloured but largely obscured behind the semi-opaque reels. It is also a completely static backdrop, which means all the emphasis is on the reels themselves, and frankly there isn’t much going on there either. The symbols are nicely presented, but the aliens are not particularly original creations. The electronic soundtrack has a certain kind of tension which seems slightly at odds with something that is actually a leisure sport. Not a feast for the eyes or ears.

How to Play Stellar Strikes

1. The game is played with 50 fixed paylines which pay left to right.
2. Select your bet by using the minus and plus signs. You can also set your bet from within the three-line menu at the bottom left by clicking the coins icon. You can also select Max Bet and a message will ask you to confirm that you wish to pick the level of 1,000.

A promising idea ends up falling short of its potential. Slightly disappointing games can often be forgiven a lot if they look good and give you the occasional chuckle, but without a strong visual offer this game relies on game play and pay-outs.
