The animation is top-notch. A tornado swirls on the right-hand side of the reels, sucking in debris (including wheels, bits of fence and cash) from the left. The slot feels uniquely alive and the animation never falters. A stricken farmer stands just inches away from the tornado, looking on in terror as it approaches.

Despite an apocalyptically hued sky, Hurricash is a light hearted game, and that shows through the character design. A pig stares defiantly at the tornado, and a scarecrow with a deranged look on its face made us chuckle every time it appeared!

We rarely commend a slot for its lack of music, but in this case it really works. With just the sound of the gale to keep you company as you play, it's easy to become immersed in the setting.
