How to Play Neptune's Kingdom

1. The 20 paylines are fixed, so you only need to adjust your credit bet to start playing. You can use the buttons below the reels to select your wager, or select the betting option from the Settings menu.

2. Pressing Spin will play out one game at your selected bet.

3. Press Autoplay for multiple automatic spins. You can select your preferred number of spins, or set it to stop once you reach the bonus feature if you prefer. The Autoplay button becomes a Stop button throughout the feature, so you can revert to manual spins at any time. Note that the Gamble feature is automatically deactivated during Autoplay.

4. Head for the Settings menu to view the game’s paytable, payline configurations and rules.

5. The Settings menu also gives access to game sounds, and you can adjust the Gamble game, too. Choose Red or Black, Beat the Dealer or switch the feature off if you prefer.

Stake from 1 to 10 credits on every payline. The 20 paylines in Neptune’s Kingdom are fixed, which means you can wager from 20 to 200 credits on every spin of the reels. You’ll need to match up three or more symbols across a payline to win a cash prize. The amounts you could win are shown as multiples of your credit bet per payline based on spinning up three, four or five matching symbols.

Neptune’s Kingdom Bonus Features & Free Spins

Throughout the base game, Neptune himself is the game’s Wild symbol. He doesn’t have any associated cash prizes on his own, but he can step in to act as any other symbols from the paytable. This means he can help to create winning combinations across one or more paylines with every appearance.

There’s a Free Spins bonus round, too, which is slightly unusual in the way it’s presented. It is not exactly a mystery symbols bonus, but the game will randomly select one of two Free Spin bonus rounds, so you never know which one you might be awarded.

The Neptune Bonus awards you 15 Free Spins, with Neptune himself appearing as the Super Wild throughout the feature. Whenever he appears, he expands to fill the entire reel. There’s nothing like one or more Wild Reels to trigger some generous cash payouts. Land three or more Dolphin Scatters to be awarded 15 more Free Spins, and you could potentially win up to 300 in succession - although this is bound to be an extremely rare occurrence!

If you’re awarded the Mermaid Bonus, you’ll be given 10 Free Spins to start you off, although once again, the feature can be retriggered and is capped at a maximum of 100 spins. The mermaid is the Super Wild in this bonus round, but she operates on a Sticky Wild gaming mechanic. Whenever she lands on the reels, she remains in place for the duration of the bonus round, which could generate some big payouts by the end of the feature.

There’s an optional Gamble game following every win. You can adjust the game in the Settings menu, where you have the choice of Red or Black or Beat the Dealer, according to your preference. Every spin of the reels using real cash contributes to JP points. This fills up a meter at the top left of the reels. Once the meter is filled, you’ll be awarded a spin of the Jackpot Wheel, which could trigger a big cash payout.

Overall Review

Neptune’s Kingdom is a fairly standard type of slots game in our opinion. What raises it slightly above the average is the fact that it has two Free Spins bonus rounds, both of which have some really excellent winning potential.
