Theme, Graphics & Soundtrack 

Pharaoh’s Tomb by Eurasian Gaming is not a particularly sophisticated, high-definition game and the whole thing seems rather muted in terms of its style, design, and colour choices and some players may prefer a brighter, more immersive game. However, Pharaoh’s Tomb does offer all the iconography players have come to expect from Egyptian themed games and players will be greeted with the standard fare. 

The setting for the action is in the desert, complete with dunes and palm trees, whilst the reel grid is flanked by grand columns. The symbols themselves are a little too ornate and can be difficult to distinguish and this is especially true given the Megaways style of play which can make wins difficult to spot easily at the best of times. 

The symbols are all golden in colour and are a mix of traditional tens, jacks, queens, kings, and aces along with Ancient Egyptian symbols such as the crossed staff and scroll. The music is perhaps more impressive than the graphics and would not be out of place on the big screen, though it does have the potential to become irritating fairly quickly.

Pharaoh’s Tomb Bonus Features

Expanding Wild - the wild symbol appears on reels 2, 3,4, and 5 and when it lands, it expands vertically to fill the entire reel when it is involved in a winning combination.

Free Spins - a minimum of three scatter symbols are required to trigger the free spins feature. Once the initial requirement of 3 scatter symbols land during the base game they will hold in place whilst the reels spin again to allow the player the opportunity to land even more scatter symbols and, thus, win more free spins. During the free spins bonus feature any wild symbol that lands will expand vertically to fill the entire reel and will remain in place for the rest of the free spins. The free spin bonus round cannot be retriggered.

Gamble Feature - players can choose to gamble any winnings at the end of each winning spin using the optional gamble feature. Players must decide whether the next card drawn will be red or black.
