Introduction

This is an online video slot from KA Gaming which is played on a 5x3 reel set. This generates just 20 bet lines which pay left to right.

Tower of Babel has a scatter symbol which pays as a multiple of the total bet when two or more appear anywhere on the reels. This symbol also triggers free spins, which can be re-triggered. During this mode of the game a x3 multiplier applies to all wins other than five wilds.

The wild symbol substitutes for all symbols apart from the scatter, and when it helps to form a winning combination in the base game a x2 multiplier applies to all wins apart from a wild-only win.

Theme, Graphics and Soundtrack 

The title reveals the biblical theme of the game. It's based on the story of the Tower of Babel, which appears in the book of Genesis in the Bible. The myth explains how the peoples of the Earth speak different languages. 

In this slot we are all speaking the same language and looking to land winning lines made up of the well-designed symbols. The wild and scatter are notable as they feature the tower. The symbols sit on a matrix framed by two towers, and in the background we can see different levels of the tower in a brutalist design.

KAA Gaming have missed a trick here by not including more aspects of the myth of the Tower of Babel and developing the theme in this otherwise entertaining slot.

This is a pity, but the game will still keep players engaged, although once again there could be more features. The real fun is found in the free spins mode of the game, which can be re-triggered for up to 180 spins. 

The bet spread is decent, and players may be tempted to adjust this as they get more familiar with the slot.

The lack of an official RTP is unfortunate, but we can only assume it is in line with the designer’s other games and consequently acceptable.
