The playing cards are generously laced with gold and precious jewels, while the various symbols depict creatures that you would expect to find underwater, including an octopus, a seahorse and a golden dolphin. Treasure Reef features five reels of three rows, with 20 active paylines. The Spin button includes a grid, which lights up when you score a win, so that you can see at a glance exactly which symbols are earning you extra points.

You need to match symbols across the reels on one of the twenty paylines to score a win. Some symbols pay out for matching three or more, whilst others pay out just for matching two, so there are plenty of opportunities to add to your virtual prize pot. The game features wilds and scatters to add to the fun.

The wild is represented by a golden dolphin symbol. When it appears in a winning payline, the dolphin animates, soaring gracefully out of the waters before diving back into the ocean again. You’ll notice that a ‘x2’ symbol also appears across the game’s title, indicating that the dolphin is also a multiplier, doubling your winning points.

The treasure chest icon is a scatter, and when three or more appear, a bonus round is triggered. You’re presented with a choice of free spins and multipliers, where the background and music change until the free spins round is finished.
