It seems a bit wrong to call this the Maverick slot when it is not a slot in the traditional sense. There is no scatter symbol, no wild, no matches across paylines, and no spinning reels. Crash/burst mechanics are becoming more popular, however, so it is probably a good idea to figure out how they work. It is tense and exciting trying to judge when to cash out and we like the idea behind Maverick’s theme, although a little more depth in missions and features would be welcome.
