Mystery Stacks is played on a grid of five reels and three rows. There are 10 paylines. A winning combination is achieved by landing three or more of the same symbol types on a payline. Winning paylines can start from anywhere within the grid. Like on most slots, the highest-paying combination for each payline is the one that is paid. 

• The lowest-paying symbol is the cherry. Landing three of these on a payline gives a payout of 1x the bet amount. 
• The order of the remaining symbols (low to high) is: lemon, orange, plum, watermelon. 
• The higher-paying symbols are the Bar symbols (single, double, and triple).

Mystery coin symbol

When you spin the reels, one (or more) of the mystery coin symbol (a gold coin with three question marks on it) might appear instead of the standard symbols. 

When all the reels have stopped spinning, all of the mystery coins will be ‘flipped’ at the same time and will reveal the same symbol. This can make it much more likely to hit a payline because it will be populating several positions with the same symbol.

Mega Coin

Occasionally, you will see the mega coin (3x3 in size) appear when you spin the reels. This works in a similar way to the mystery coin, revealing 9 of the same symbol. The difference is that the mega coin guarantees a win of some kind. 

Erratic Moves

Another extra feature in the Mystery Stacks slot is what is known as 'erratic moves'. At totally random points, the screen will start flashing, and the reels are moved around in order to create wins. Sometimes it will hold one of the reels in position and spin the rest a few times in a row. 

The chances of landing mystery coins also increase during an erratic move. Generally speaking, when the screen lights up and flashes, this is usually a sign that a good win is imminent.
