To win at Runewars, you’ll need to prove yourself worthy by finding combinations of 3+ matching symbols along a payline. The green fighter is the Wild symbol in this slot and is able to substitute for other symbols (excluding the Scatter or Bonus symbols) to help you land longer winning combinations and bigger prizes.

Theme, Graphics & Soundtrack

Runewars features a computer game-like set of graphics, with simple animations to bring you into the game. There’s a female warrior to the left of the reels holding a large sword, and she seems to be in charge of making the reels spin with a wave of her hand. To the right of the reels there’s a flaming torch signifying the start of the tournament.

The soundtrack is relatively simple with an exciting yet low-key melody playing in the background, and the reels spin with an audible whirr to keep your focus on the game at hand.

How to Play Runewars

In Runewars, all the game controls are found beneath the reels as follows:

1. When we first play any slot, we like to check out the rules, paylines, paytables and special features of the game before we start spinning. Conclusion

Overall, we really enjoyed Runewars. The exciting theme and interactive characters did a great job of bringing us into the slot, and there are definitely some impressive prizes up for grabs! The free spins and bonus game didn’t trigger particularly often but weren’t so difficult to land that it put us off playing, and the Wild symbols appeared on most spins.
