Theme, Graphics & Soundtrack 

The Three Little Pigs is based on the children’s story of the same name and brings the expected characters along for the fun such as the pigs and the wolf. The symbols are quite amusing if you’re familiar with the story. For instance, we see builder pig building what can only be the brick house as the final resort: given that the straw and wooden ones had been blown down flat by the big, bad wolf! We even see the menacing bubbling cauldron that awaits our little piggy friends (eek!).

As with many other KA gaming slots, the soundtrack only plays once you spin the reels, at which point we’re greeted with something akin to a nursery rhyme to accompany the gameplay.

Become part of the story in a few simple steps:

Three Little Pigs Bonus Feature 

The bonus feature is triggered if you land 3, 4, or 5 scatter symbols anywhere in view. You then need to pick a board to reveal a coin and free games prize: you’ll get one pick for each scatter that you landed. Once you’ve finished picking, the free games will begin.

Overall Three Little Pigs Review 

Whilst the Three Little Pigs certainly wasn’t the best slot we’ve ever played, we did enjoy the game and thought it had some good points. My personal favourite is the cute little pigs themselves: I do hope they manage to avoid that horrid cauldron!

The Three Little Pigs Bonus was a much-needed feature that added more interest to what could, otherwise, be quite dull gameplay. Perhaps some more bonus features would have been nice too.

That said, we couldn’t fail to miss one very serious point which was that the whole theme is a fairy tale: the Three Little Pigs story is aimed at children and so we must question its suitability in the gambling realm as it’s going to appeal to children.
