The soundtrack is fun and lively without being too distracting from the game itself and there are some subtle, yet well-placed, sound effects such as when the bubbles pop which adds to the authenticity of the theme.

Underwater Treasures is played with tickets: either 10 tickets for 2 columns or 20 tickets for all 4. The ticket cost can be adjusted between a maximum amount of 0.05 and a maximum of 2.00, with the total bet being the number of tickets (10 or 20) multiplied by the selected ticket amount. Therefore, the minimum total cost of a game would be 0.50 whilst the maximum total cost would be 40.00. Some examples of total bet sizes are:

Underwater Treasures Bonus Round

The addition of the bonus round offers the opportunity to access generous multipliers of your win. The game is accessed by filling the meters above the columns with sea creatures, by having the required number of them appear anywhere on the board in the game.

You need 6 octopus, 5 stingrays, 4 turtles, 4 jellyfish, or 3 seahorses to enter the bonus round where you have a set of 5 prize tubes with multiplier values. 

Sea creatures will randomly swim up into the tubes. Swimming into a prize tube adds the prize multiplier to your total bonus prize. You will upgrade to the next level of prize tube multiplier values if a creature swims into the green ARROW tube, with prize tube values increasing up to 250x. The bonus round will end when any sea creature has swum into the red X tube 3 times, and the total multiplier will be applied to the win amount of the game from which you entered the bonus round.

Overall Underwater Treasures Review 

Underwater Treasures is a refreshing take on online slot fun and is a welcome change from the stereotypical format that most slots have. We liked the instant win aspect, as it was very easy to see how much you’d won and how it had been won but found it took a while to hit the bonus round.

The theme and graphics were delightful and very well implemented, it almost had us looking for Nemo. The colours were bright and the animations were not just visually appealing but played an important part in the game itself.

We think this slot would be ideal for players of all levels and found it easy to understand most of the rules although some may prefer a more traditional experience. Why not also try Mermaid's Millions or another of the free play slots.
