First Person Baccarat Overview

Choose Your Table

There are 6 tables to choose from in First Person Baccarat, and each can be switched between commission and no commission mode using the tab. Standard tables have a 5% commission on a Banker’s bet. For no commission tables, the house skips the 5% and instead maintains its edge by altering the payout if the Banker wins with 6.

Cards are Shuffled and Burnt

The game is played with 8 decks, each with a full 52 cards. At the start of a shoe, 1 face-up card is drawn. If you draw a 10 or a face card, 10 cards will then be burnt. Otherwise, the number of cards burnt is equal to the number value of the card.

Place Your Bets

The standard bets in First Person Baccarat are Player and Banker bets, but you can also find side bets such as pairs. Each bet comes with its own odds, depending on commission mode.

Cards are Dealt

Both the Player and Banker are dealt 2 cards each. A third card may be drawn depending on the totals:

• Player: draws a third card on 0–5; stands on 6–7; 8–9 is a natural.


• Banker: draws or stands depending on the Player’s hand and their own total.

How to Win

The goal is to predict which hand will be closest to 9. Aces = 1, cards 2–9 = face value, 10s and face cards = 0.
