Theme, Graphics & Soundtrack

The setting for Moonstone seems to be some sort of graveyard or ancient tribal burial ground. There are plenty of dead trees in the background, and two strange stone figures guard the reels. These are set within a massive stone frame decorated with dragons and runes. The symbols are strange creatures, plants and potions, giving the game a very strange aesthetic. There’s a suitably creepy soundtrack playing out in the background, which works well with the sound of the reels spinning. Overall Review

We don’t have much experience playing Smartsoft Gaming demo slots, so we were really pleased to be able to explore Moonstone. It’s a creepy game with a strange theme, but it contains enough bonus features to keep us interested for quite a while. The lack of RTP and volatility details would deter us from wagering any of our own cash on the game, however - at least until we’ve played it much more extensively in demo mode.
