The gameplay in this slot revolves around the Turbine Robot Meter. Whenever you hit two wins in a row with symbols of the same colour (for example, two wins with red symbols or two wins with blue symbols in a row) on the same cascade, you’ll charge the Turbine Robot Meter for that colour.
If you charge either meter fully, the robot will accumulate a 1x prize. Charging the meter at the bottom will cause the reels to rotate and will increase the multiplier that will be applied to that spin’s win. To be completely honest, we had absolutely no idea what was going on at first when we loaded up Twisted Turbine. The layout of the reels is a bit confusing at first, and we’re still not entirely sure how the Turbine Robot Meter works. It does take quite a lot of playing through to really get the full gist of what’s going on in this game.
However, if you’re the kind of slots fan who enjoys something totally out-there, then this is definitely a game that you will enjoy. It takes some figuring out, but once you’ve gotten to grips with the gameplay, you’re really going to enjoy yourself.
If this sounds like a bit too much to handle right now, Fantasma has some other fantastic slots you might want to try. For example, Serpent Shrine and Medallion Megaways are both unusual games that are still pretty straightforward.
