Introduction

Bob’s Coffee Shop is an interesting take on a café-themed slot. BGaming takes us to the streets of Amsterdam to one of its famous coffee shops, owned by the laid-back Bob.

The game is played on a simple 5x3 reel set that generates a maximum of 10 betways paying from left to right. The number of active lines can be adjusted at any point in the game down to a minimum of one.

Theme, graphics & soundtrack 

Although the title suggests a food-themed slot, BGaming takes us in another direction in this game. Based in an Amsterdam coffee house, it offers lots of highs! With images of lions with their manes in dreadlocks, bongs with marijuana leaves inside and lips holding a rolled-up cigarette, we are left on no doubt as to the subject matter. Even the spin button is showing us a hand making a peace sign.
The reels float on a cloud of smoke, filling the street outside Bob’s establishment. Most of this is produced by the eponymous owner as he leans against the wall opposite the café.

What we can see of the street in the background is a colourful depiction of the tall merchants’ houses common in Amsterdam. During the free spins, we also get a glimpse inside Bob’s café and of the clientele.
