Fire of the Wild Slot Review

Fire of the Wild is one of the slots created by game maker Inspired. The base game is presented on a 6x4 reel set and has 25 fixed bet ways paying left to right from the leftmost reel when three matching winning symbols land on pay line. 

There is a wild symbol which substitutes for all other symbols, but it has other powers too. It acts as a scatter symbol and when at least six appear on the reels the Wild Win and Spin feature is triggered. Here, only wilds and blanks appear and if you fill the screen with wilds you will win x25 the six-of-a-kind win for a wild.

Otherwise, the wilds in view remain in place and the player has one Wild Win Spin in which all the other symbols can appear. This is one of the designer’s slots which has a reel modifier, delivering mystery symbols onto the reels which can reveal any of the ten winning symbols.

How to Win at Fire of the Wild

Pay Lines

There are 25 win ways paying left to right. Consecutive reels must be hit with a minimum three matching symbols starting from reel one.

Winning Symbols

There are six high value symbols with the wild wolf and white wolf the top payers with a win multiplier of x375 for six symbols. There are four card symbols with a win multiplier of x100 when six appear.

Total Win

Reel Modifier

There is a random reel modifier in the base game which introduces a mystery symbol. This transforms into one of the standard winning symbols including the wild.

Wild Symbol

There is a wild which substitutes for all other symbols. When six or more appear, it will trigger the Wild Win and Spin bonus.

Wild Win and Spin

This is played on special reels with only the wild and blanks. It starts with three free spins and wilds lock in place including the triggering symbols. If a wild lands, it re-sets the spins to three and if you fill the grid it pays out x25 the six-of-a-kind win. If you fail to fill the reel, you get one Wild Win Spin with the wilds locked in place and all other symbols appear during this game.

The game looks similar to other Inspired slots with a similar theme and this is a little disappointing. However, fans of this designer’s slots may feel if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

The game is a little short on features, the main one being the Wild Win and Spin which is a version of Lock & Link.

The game has a wide bet spread, and players can enjoy a good feature game, but overall features are limited.
